Hi, I’m Valerie — and these are my two sons, my greatest inspiration and very willing main models. I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to meet you.
My photography journey began over 14 years ago, originally photographing weddings and engagements. Everything changed after the birth of my first son. Becoming a mother reshaped the way I see time, connection, and memory, leading me toward documenting the beauty of maternity, motherhood, and the ever-changing stages of childhood.
Having been camera-shy for most of my life, I discovered a deep love for self-portraits. Through them, I not only refined my technical and posing skills, but also learned how empowering photography can be when approached with care and intention. This experience allows me to guide my clients gently with a touch of ease — helping them feel confident, seen, and excited, rather than nervous, in front of the camera.
As a mother, I truly understand the desire to preserve every tiny detail and fleeting milestone. These moments pass quickly, and they deserve to be captured beautifully and thoughtfully. I’m here to do just that — with patience, artistry, and heart.
